How To Make Your Reservation
Reservations are suggested and can be made in person, by phone or online under Contact us page.
A Visa or MasterCard is required to hold your reservation. Payment will be made at check-in. Your card can be used for any cancellation charges. Please see policy below.
No show fees which will be charged the full amount.
There will be a $2.50 service on fee when you use a credit card to pay for site at check-in.
Please note, a 3 night minimum is required for holiday weekends.
We reserve the right to deny campsites to anyone in order to maintain the peace, quiet, and tranquility of the campground for our family campers.
Read this thoroughly, as the cancellation policy does vary, depending on what type of reservation you have… A $5 processing fee will be charged for EACH cancelled reservation.
Though we certainly hope you don’t, if you find you must cancel your reservation, simply give us the appropriate notice prior to your scheduled arrival date and, we will return your deposit less any processing fees.
- A stay of 7 nights or longer during our peak season (mid June thru Labor Day), requires a 2 week notice.
- All other reservations require 1 week notice prior to your scheduled arrival date for cancellation to avoid a one night charge.
Sadly, even in cases of an emergency, we cannot refund deposits when a cancellation occurs without proper notice. Additionally, guests who shorten their stay are liable for charges on cancelled nights. For those campers who participate in our Credit Card Authorization program, your MasterCard, Visa will be charged the $5 processing fee. Also, proper cancellation notice is required to avoid additional charges. No shows will be charged the full amount.
HOLIDAYS: Memorial, 4th of July, Labor Day – Minimum 3 Night stay required
Holiday Cancellations: If you cancel at least 14 days or more prior to arrival, there will be a cancellation fee of $5.00 per site. If you give us less than 14 days notice prior to arrival, you will forfeit one night’s rent.
Clubs / Organizations: Please contact us for cancellation policy as it is different.
